Breathing Technique to Reduce Anxiety

I came across an interesting interview with Laird Hamilton in which he describes a simple technique to de-stress: breath in for 7 seconds, out for 7 seconds. Simple, eh?
There’s a lot of “breathing animations” out there to help with this (search for the term to see some) but I couldn’t find any this specific tempo so I made this one. Following along for a few minutes has been helpful for me in reducing anxiety a bit, so I’m putting it out there to the world with the hopes some others may also find it useful.
